Each piece is handcrafted, and slight variations in finish, texture and colour are part of the handmade nature of the work.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Production Times

Made-to-order pieces require the production time stated on the product page. While every effort is made to meet estimated dispatch dates, occasional delays may occur due to the handmade nature of the work.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Ella Bonomi Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or circumstances outside of our control.

Repairs

If your jewellery develops a manufacturing fault, please get in touch as soon as possible. Damage caused by accidental wear, misuse or improper care may incur a repair charge.
