Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before production has begun or before they have been dispatched.

Ready to Ship orders can usually be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.

Made to Order and personalised pieces enter production shortly after an order is placed. Once production has begun, these orders cannot usually be cancelled as they are created specifically for the customer.
